2C61 Failure to read Address Book Turn the power OFF and then back ON and reattempt the
job in error. Reset the data in the Address Book and
reattempt the operation. If the error still persists, contact
your service representative.
2C63 Terminal IP address unset Specify the IP address of the terminal.
2C64 Terminal mail address unset Specify the e-mail address of the terminal.

Failure to connect to SMTP server Check whether the SMTP server is operating properly or
the correct SMTP server is selected. In addition, confirm
that From Address of [E-mail] is set correctly.
2C6A Failure to send Email message Turn the power OFF and then back ON and reattempt the
operation. If the error still persists, contact your service
representative.
2C6B Invalid address specified in From: field Ask your administrator to check that the SMTP
Authentication method is correct or invalid characters are
not used in the Terminal mail address.
2C6C Invalid address specified in To: field Check that invalid characters are not used in the
Destination Email address. Delete any invalid characters
and reset the appropriate Destination mail address. Then
reattempt the operation.
2C70 SMTP service is not available Ask your administrator whether the SMTP service is
enabled.
2C71 SMTP authentication error Confirm that the Authentication method, login name and
password are correct. In addition, if SSL/TLS is enabled,
make sure that the SSL/TLS setting and port number are
correctly set.
2C72 POP Before SMTP error Confirm that the POP Before SMTP settings are correct.
Moreover, confirm that the POP3 settings are proper.
2CC0 Job canceled The job has been canceled by a user.
2CC1 Power failure Check whether the power cable is connected properly and
is inserted securely. Then resend the job.

2D11 Not enough memory Wait for a while and reattempt the operation. If the error
still persists, turn the power OFF and then back ON. Then
reattempt the job in operation.
2D14 Invalid parameter specified If a template is being used, create it again. If the error still
persists, turn the power OFF and then back ON. Then
reattempt the operation.
2D15 Exceeding maximum file capacity Divide the file into several ones or reattempt the job in a
single-page format.
