Display the [Cover Sheet] tab and specify the cover sheet properties
if you want to send a document with a fax cover sheet.

Click [Send] to send the document.
When the following dialog box appears, enter the department code and click [Continue].
This dialog box appears if no department code or an incorrect one is entered when the
department management function is performed in this equipment.
