PRINTING FROM WINDOWS APPLICATIONS

Contains print options such as toner saving, custom paper size and so on.
Item Name Description
1 Default Menu Setting Select the default tab displayed when you open the printing preferences of the
printer driver.
2 TopAccess (Link) Launches a web browser and displays the TopAccess menu.
3 Toner Save Prints in toner save mode.
4 Do not Print Blank Pages Ignores blank pages when printing.
5 Letterhead Print Mode Select to perform duplex printing on paper with sides that need to be
distinguished, such as paper with illustrations on one side.
6 SNMP Communication Enables SNMP communication between this equipment and your computer to
retrieve configuration information.
7 [SNMP Settings] Click to verify or change the SNMP settings.
8 [Output Devices] Switches the equipment to be used for printing or splits one print job between
two items of equipment (Tandem Printing).
9 [Add Printer] Searches for e-STUDIO Series equipment on a network and adds it to the
[Printer Folder].
10 [Custom Paper Sizes] Specifies the custom paper size.
11 User name (Alias) Enter a nickname to display on the Private Print job list, Hold Print job list, and
Multi Station Print job list.
12 Department Code Enter the department code for users. Enter the user's department code if the
system is managed with department codes.
13 Hide Department Code Select to display a department code in the blank symbols.
14 Project Code Enter the project code.
15 Server Name Select the LDAP server if necessary.
16 [Import] Imports custom settings (e.g. template, watermark, overlay, image quality type,
custom paper size, profiles) to the printer driver.
17 [Export] Exports custom settings (e.g. template, watermark, overlay, image quality type,
custom paper size, profiles) from the printer driver.
