4.6 To Store an Image Suitable for Displaying on the Monitor
or Image Editing

When the original is stored by Copy to
Box, it is not suitable for monitor display
since it is optimized for printing on paper.
This may diminish the image quality.
The original is stored as RGB data by
Scan to Box. This can avoid unnecessary
data conversion. As a result, the image
quality can be maintained.
