In order to uninstall the printer from macOS, delete the PPD file and other files in the following folders.

Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/en.lproj/EST2329A.ppd
 For e-STUDIO2829A:
Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/en.lproj/EST2829A.ppd
 For e-STUDIO2822AM:
