pins during fan operation?
(Measurement by tester:
Approx. DC2 to 2.5V)
Is there a connection error
of CN07 connector?
Is capacitor normal?
Confirm there is no
mechanical lock on the fan
motor?
Modify connection and wiring.
Replace capacitor.
Replace fan motor.
