This function generates minus ion while cleaning the air
in the room.
If Filter-ON signal is received while the air conditioner
stops, the filter starts operation, and if it is received
while the air conditioner operates, the air conditioner
and the filter start operation.
The minus ion generator operates linked with the filter

commanded No. of revolution.
