3.4.1 Referring to scan healthy map
Display scan healthy map
In the system view, select the TNB21 or TNB22, and select [Scan healthy
map (S)] from [Tool (T)] on the menu bar.

Click “Start”
Displayed are the talker state and the healthy state of the current scan
blocks
