6.2 Life Limited Parts
To use the product safely for a long time, replace the life limited parts regularly.
When replacing them, consult with one of Toshiba's service representatives.
The following table shows the life limited parts and their replacement cycles.
Table 6-1 Life limited parts and their recommended replacement cycles
Part name Recommended replacement cycle
Optical module It is recommended measuring output power the time
at 10 years later and each one year from the time of
10 years. Or consult our service representative for
measurement. If detect loss of power at 3 dB or more,
please consult our service representative for replacing
the optical module.
