  If you forgot your TP-Link Network Router password and are using a TP-Link ID to log in, click Forgot password on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. Alternatively, reset the router and then visit http://tplinkmodem.net to create a new login password. Note that the default Wireless Password/PIN is printed on the product label. If you changed the default wireless password, log in to the modem router’s web management page and go to Basic > Wireless to retrieve or reset your password.

  If you cannot log in to the web management page of your TP-Link Network Router, ensure the modem router connects to the computer correctly and the corresponding LED indicator(s) light up. Also, verify that your computer's IP address is configured to obtain an IP address and DNS server address automatically. Make sure you are inputting the correct default access information. If all else fails, reset the modem router to factory default settings, open a web browser, and log in again.

  If you cannot find your wireless network or cannot connect to the wireless network with your TP-Link Network Router, ensure the wireless function is enabled on your device. Verify the wireless adapter driver is installed and enabled. Check the Wi-Fi LED indicator on your router/modem and ensure your device is in range. On the Basic > Wireless page, confirm the Wireless Name (SSID) is not hidden. If there's a network security key mismatch, check the wireless password. For weak signal strength, move the router closer. Change the wireless Channel to 1, 6, or 11 to reduce interference. Re-install or update the driver for your wireless adapter.
