      If you've forgotten your TP-Link Network Router password, and you are using a TP-Link ID to log in, click Forgot password on the login page and then follow the instructions to reset the password. Alternatively, reset the router, and then visit http://tplinkmodem.net to create a new login password. Note that the default Wireless Password/PIN is printed on the product label of the modem router. If the default wireless password has been changed, log in to the modem router’s web management page and go to Basic > Wireless to retrieve or reset your password.

      If your TP-Link Network Router isn't connecting to the internet, check that all connectors, including the telephone line, Ethernet cables, and power adapter, are well connected. Then, check if you can log in to the web management page of the modem router. Ensure that your VPI/VCI, Connection Type, account username, and password are correct by consulting your ISP. Restore your modem router to its factory default settings and reconfigure it using the Quick Setup Wizard.

      If you cannot log in to your TP-Link Network Router's web management page, ensure the modem router connects to the computer correctly and the corresponding LED indicator(s) light up. Also, make sure the IP address of your computer is configured to obtain an IP address and DNS server address automatically. Verify that the default access you input is correct. You may also try changing your web browser or computer and log in again. As a last resort, reset the modem router to factory default settings.

      If you cannot find your TP-Link Network Router's wireless network or cannot connect, first ensure the wireless function is enabled if you’re using a laptop with built-in wireless adapter. Make sure the wireless adapter driver is installed successfully and the wireless adapter is enabled. Check the Wi-Fi LED indicator on your wireless router/modem. Ensure your computer/device is within range; move closer if needed. Go to Basic > Wireless page and check the wireless settings, ensuring your Wireless Name (SSID) is not hidden.
