How to connect to the Broadband service via Wi-Fi
Step 5: Connect your Computer (if you select to use an ethernet connection)
Connect one end of the supplied ethernet cable to one of the orange LAN ports on the back panel of your
modem and the other end to the computer’s ethernet port.
Step 7: Check Installation
• If the power is connected correctly, the
POWER LED will light up on the front of the modem.
• If the telephone cable and the splitter are connected correctly, the
DSL LED will ash and after a few seconds
turn solid green.
• Since the modem is pre-congured the
Internet LED will turn green after a few seconds.
• If the ethernet cable is connected, the corresponding ethernet
(LAN) LED e.g. will light up.
• Once you have conrmed the above, open your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or
Safari) and go to your favourite website.

Step 6: Connect the power supply to the TP-LINK Wireless Modem
Plug the supplied power adaptor into the back of the TP-LINK Wireless Modem and connect the other end
to a power outlet.
To connect wirelessly to your ADSL Broadband service:
1. On your wireless device (e.g. smartphone, tablet, laptop)
search for the Wireless Network Name (SSID). You can nd
the SSID on the label on the bottom of your modem
2. Input the Wireless password/PIN. You can nd this on the
label on the bottom of your modem
