What to do if TP-Link TD-W9980 Wireless Router cannot access the Internet?
- RrichardfletcherJul 27, 2025
If you cannot access the internet with your TP-Link Wireless Router, first, check that all connectors, including the telephone line, Ethernet cables, and power adapter, are well connected. If the connections are correct, try to log on to the Web-Management page of the modem router. If you can access it, proceed with troubleshooting. If not, configure your computer settings as described in the manual. Also, verify with your ISP that the VPI/VCI, Connection Type, account username, and password are correct. If issues persist, restore your modem router to its factory default settings and reconfigure it.
