Selects whether to use the on-board
locked rotor protection function.
This will shut down the affected motor, if
rotational response is not detected.

This function protects settings on the
board that affect the safety of the
electric heat system.
Do NOT change this setting. This setting locks
out the following parameters from being changed,
for safe operation of the unit.
