Note: Do not use an impact gun when installing plastic
louvers.
1. Install three clips (Figure 16, p. 21, Item 2) per upper
louver.
2. Instal
l six upper louvers (Figure 16, Item 1), three each
side, with provid
ed M8 X 16 screws (Figure 16, Item
3).
3. Install two smaller upper louvers (Figure 16, Item 4),
one
each side, with provided M8 X 16 screws
(Figure 16, Item 3).
Note: If installing the half louver option, the
instal
lation is complete at this point.
4. Install two louver support angles (Figure 16, Item 5),
on
e each si
de of unit, with provided M8 X 16 screws
(Figure 16, Item 3).
5. Install six lower louvers (Figure 16, Item 6), three each
side, with provid
ed M8 X 16 screws (Figure 16, Item 3).
6. Install two smaller lower louvers (Figure 16, Item 7),
on
e each si
de, with provided M8 X 16 screws
(Figure 16, Item 3).
7. Install rear louver angle (Figure 16, Item 8) with
provid
ed M8 X 16 screws (Figu
re 16, Item 3).
8. Install lower end louvers (Figure 16, Item 9 and
Item 10) with provided M8 X 16 screws (Figure 16,
Item 3).
