The DeEnumerator block turns on the appropriate pair of Switch blocks,
depending on the Occupancy block output. If a Switch block pair is off, it
contributes zero to the final cooling and heating setpoint calculation. If a
Switch block pair is on, it contributes the non-zero values to the final cool-
ing and heating setpoint calculation.
Note:
The occupied and occupied bypass setpoints are the same.
Occupied bypass should be considered an occupied mode.
