3. Adjust the tensioning screws (2) on both sides for tensioning/adjusting
the belt run.
The belt will have a delayed response to the adjustment. Therefore, only
adjust the tensioning screws slightly. Allow the belt to run for a few cycles
before each adjustment.
? When tensioning, the belt may only be stretched by 0.2 %.
Mark the belt with tape or a thin marker to check the stretching of the
belt.
4. Switch on the machine.
5. Check that the belt is running correctly.
6. Switch off the machine.
7. Repeat steps 3 to 5 until the belt is running correctly.
8. Tighten all joining elements.
The conveyor belt has been tensioned and adjusted.
