Tensioning station (conveyor bed)
Requirements:
 Machine has been taken out of operation.
 Machine has been secured to prevent it from being switched on inadvert-
ently.
Complete the following steps:
 Change the belt tension by turning the tension axle (1). Use an SW17
wrench. The arrow points in the direction for loosening the belt.
? When tensioning, the belt may only be stretched by 0.2 %.
 Mark the belt with tape or a thin marker to check the stretching of the
belt.

The conveyor belt has been tensioned/loosened via the tensioning station.
