Tail pulley
The tensioning equipment may vary according to tail pulley type and diam-
eter. The steps are identical for all tail pulley assemblies.
Requirements:
Machine has been taken out of operation.
Machine has been secured so that it cannot be switched on inadvert-
ently.
All rollers or pulleys are positioned at right-angles to the conveying direc-
tion and centred in the frame.
Risk of injury due to open machine parts!
Parts of the body, hair and clothing can become caught in rotating machine
parts and crushed.
Wear close-fitting protective clothing.
Use a hairnet to cover long hair.
Complete the following steps:
1. Undo the grub screws (3) on both sides.
2. Loosen the counter nuts (1) and turn them back on both sides.
