Replacing rollers - roller arch
Requirements:
Machine has been taken out of operation.
Machine has been secured so that it cannot be switched on inadvert-
ently.
The conveyor belt has been loosened.
Disassemble the
rollers
Increased risk of accident!
Rollers may tilt and crush parts of the body.
Secure the rollers to prevent them from dropping.
Use hoists to lift the rollers on and off.
Complete the following steps:
1. Remove the joining elements (1) on both sides.
2. Undo joining elements (2) where applicable on both sides. Remove
cover.
3. Remove the rollers.
The rollers have been disassembled.
Assemble the rollers
Complete the following steps:
Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
The rollers have been assembled.
