Before sta rtingand operatingtheunit, wesuggest making the
following routine checks for improved safety, better efficiency,
longerprodu ctlife andinord ertoavoidworkdisruptions.

 Checkthatthemachineisleveledcorrectlyandstabilized
firmly.
 Checkthatallthelamplensesarecleanandundamaged.
 Afteradjustingtheligh ts,preparetora is ethetowerby:
 Inspectingthecableandreplacingit,ifdamaged.
 Checkingmountinghardwareforpropertightnessandre‐
torquingifnecessary.
 Check fuel, engine oil and coolant level. Top them if
necessary.
 Ensure that the fuel lines are undamaged and correctly
connected.
 Ensure that all the electrical cables are undamaged and
correctlyconnected.
 Checkthatthemainswitchandthecircuitbreakersarein
theOFFposition.
 Ensurethatallthelightswitchesareturnedoffinordernot
tostarttheen gineunderload.
 Drivetheearthpicketintotheground (earth)follo win gany
riskassessment.(*) 
 Checkthatthegroundingcableissecurelyattachedtothe
unit.
 Check that the emergency stop button is not pressed. If
necessary,rotatethe buttonclockwisetoreleaseit.
 Openthe frontaldoortoaccessthecontrolpanel.

Primadiavviareefar funzionarel'unità,siconsigliadieffettuarei
seguenticontrollidi routineperunamaggioresicurezza,miglior
efficienza,maggioredurataedevitareinte rruzionidilavoro.

 Verificare che la macchina sia livellata correttamente e
saldamentestabilizzata.
 Controllarechelelen tideifari sianopuliteeintegre.
 Dopoavereregolat o ifari,predisporreilsollevamentodella
torreeseguendoquesteoperazioni:
 Ispezionareilcavoesostituirlo,sedanneggiato.
 Verificare le coppie di serraggio dei componenti in
metallo,serrandonuovamentesenecessario.
 Controllare illivello delcarburante, oliomotore eliquido
refrige ra nte.Rabboccare,senecessario.
 Assicurars i  che le tubazioni del carburante non siano
danneggiateechesianocorre ttamentecollegate.
 Assicurars i  che tutti i cavi elettrici siano integri e
correttamen te collegati.
 Verificare che l'interruttore generale e gli interruttori
automaticisianosu OFF.
 Assicurars i chetutti gliinterruttorilucisianospentipernon
avviareilmotoresottocarico.
 Collocare il picchetto di messa a terra (massa)
conformementeallavalutazionedeirischi.(* )
 Verificarecheilcavodimessaaterrasiasaldamentefissato
all’unità.
 Verificarecheilpulsante diarrestodi em ergenzanon sia
premuto.Senecessario,ruotareilpulsanteinsensoorario
perrilasciarlo.
 Aprire lo sportello frontale per accedere al pannello di
comando.

Foroperators’safety,the groundingofthemachinealwaysneeds
tobedonepayingattentiononthesectionofthecabletobeused
(never to be less than 10 mm2). For the connection of the
groundingcable,pleasealwaysuseth e cliplocatedon thecontrol
panel,onthe
rightsideofthemachine.Alwaysperformgrounding
operationsincom p liancewithlocal/internationalregulations.

Per la sicurezzadeglioperatori,lamessa a terra dellamacchina
deve sempre essere eseguita prestando attenzione alla sezione
del cavo da utilizzare (mai inferiore a 10 mm2). Per il
collegamento del cavodimassa,si pregadi utilizzaresempre la 
clippostasulpannellodicomando.Eseguiresempreleope razioni
dimessaaterrainconformitàallenormativelocali/internazionali.


