      If your Tripp Lite Inverter is overloaded because the equipment's load demand exceeds the specified time intervals, reduce the load. Then, either power-cycle the inverter using the ON/OFF switch on the unit or the remote (if available) after waiting 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, reduce the load and wait 4-6 minutes for the inverter to automatically recover and resume operation.

      To reset your Tripp Lite Inverter after a shutdown, switch the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. Identify and correct the cause of the problem. Then, switch the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. If you're using a remote, leave the inverter's ON/OFF switch in the OFF position and press the remote power button to restore operation.

      If your Tripp Lite Inverter is overheating (thermal resistor exceeds 176° F or 80° C), allow it to cool down. Ensure that the cooling slots and airflow around the inverter are not blocked. The inverter will automatically resume operation once the internal temperature decreases to 140°F +/- 41°F (60°C +/- 5°C).

      Your Tripp Lite Inverter may show a low-voltage alarm and cutoff overvoltage for two reasons: Firstly, it happens when the input from the vehicle’s battery drops to approximately 10.5V+/-0.3V DC. To solve this, start the vehicle to recharge the battery; the inverter will automatically resume operation when the voltage exceeds 12V+/-0.3V DC at no load. Secondly, it can occur when the input from the vehicle’s battery exceeds 16V+/- 0.3V DC. The inverter will automatically resume operation when the voltage drops to 14V +/- 0.3V at no load.
