ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 3: HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
Remove 4 Hexagon Bolts (M8 x 15) (24)
and 4 Curve Washers (Ø8) (37) from the
tube of Main Frame (1). Remove the Bolts
with (S6) Allen Wrench provided.
Connect the Sensor Wire (26) from the
Main Frame (1) to the Extension Sensor
Wire (59) from the Handlebar Post (3).
Place the cable end of the resistance cable
for the Tension Control Knob (7) into the
cable lock of the Tension Cable (54). Pull
the resistance cable of the Tension Control
Knob (7) up and insert it into the slat of the
metal bracket for the Tension Cable (54).
lnsert the metal tting on the resistance
cable for the Tension Control Knob (7) into
the hole at the end of slot in the metal
bracket of the Tension Cable (54).
Connect the resistance cable of the
Tension Control Knob (7) to the Tension
Cable (54).
Insert the Handlebar Post (3) into the tube
of Main Frame (1) and secure with
4 Hexagon Bolts (M8 x 15) (24) and 4 Curve
Washers (Ø8) (37) that were originally
removed. Tighten the bolts with the (S6)
Allen Wrench provided.
