STEP 4: SEAT POST ASSEMBLY
Remove 3 Flat Washers (Ø8 x Ø20 x 1.5) (38) and 3 Nylon
Nuts (M8) (42) from underneath the Seat Cushion (27).
Guide bolts underneath the Seat Cushion (27) through the
holes on top of the Seat Post (25) and attach with the 3 Flat
Washers (Ø8 x Ø20 x 1.5) (38) and 3 Nylon Nuts (M8) (42)
that were originally removed.
Tighten Nylon Nuts (M8) with the Multi Hex Tool
(S13, S14, S15) and the Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Slide the Seat Post Bellows (63) over the Seat Post (25).
Insert the Seat Post (25) into the Seat Post Plastic Bushing
on the tube of the Main Frame (1) and then attach the Seat
Height Adjustment Knob (M16) (8) onto the tube of the
Main Frame (1) by turning it in a clockwise direction to lock
the Seat Post (25) in the desired position.
ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT
Turn the Seat Height Adjustment Knob (M16) (8) in a counter
clockwise direction to release the Seat Post (25) and then
slide the Seat Post (25) slightly up or down to t the hole
for the desired position.
Lock the Seat Post (25) in place by tightening the Seat
Height Adjustment Knob (M16) (8) in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of the seat post, ensure
the seat post plastic bushing does not exceed the maximum
line indicated on the Seat Post.
