• Interval HRC: User determines WORK heart rate and treadmill reduces REST portion of
each
interval to 65% of speed and incline
Distance HRC:• 4 xed-distance HR workouts put the treadmill in control of the user’s
speed
and incline to maintain the users target Heart Rate.
Fitness Tests:
• Gerkin Fitness Test: A tness test used to estimate your VO2 max. This test increases
speed
and incline gradually every minute and ends at the point where your heart rate reaches
85% of the maximum for your age.
