Put the choke lever to the position OFF to prevent dirt
from entering the carburettor.
Loosen the screw (A) with the screwdriver and remove it
together with the cover (B).
Remove the air filter (C) and the metal inlay (D).
Tap the filter on a firm surface to remove dust. Use high
pressure air (max. 3 bar) to remove stubborn dust.
Apply a small amount of air filter oil on the filter to
increase the filter performance. Wring out surplus oil and
put the filter into the case.
Re-insert the metal inlay (D) and filter (C).
Attach the cover (B); fasten the screw (A).
Do not puff/blow out dirt particles, otherwise there is a risk of
eye injury.
Allow the air filter to dry well and reinsert it.
Place the air filter cover on the air filter and screw on the
air filter housing.
