Laser or pump is
damaged.
Return to factory or
factory authorized service

Unit is due for
calibration.
Return to factory or
factory authorized service
centers for service.
Instrument does not
turn on.
On/off switch is not
being pressed
properly.
Battery is dead.
AC cord is not
plugged into unit.
Press and hold on/off
switch for one second.
Recharge battery or
connect to AC power.
Connect AC cord.
