NOTE!
The machine must not be transported to another location with the safety valves
closed.
The hydraulic circuit is pressurized even when the machine has been detached from the tractor.
CAUTION!
THE PAINTED SURFACE FINISHING MAY EMIT HAZARDOUS GASES WHEN
HEATED. ENSURE SUFFICIENT VENTILATION DURING E.G. WELDING.
Greasing the seeder fertilizer
The power transmission’s roller chains must be greased every 50 operating hours or when needed.
Suitable lubricants are, for example, the SAE 10 or SAE 20 lubrication oils.
The adjustment knob of the hydraulic push bar of the drawer must be greased with greasing oil and Vaseline
on an annual basis.
The coulter disc bearings are greased for life and do not require service.
The nipples that need to be greased every 100 operating hours with a grease gun are located as follows:
Coulters: - upper ends of the coulter shafts
- the fastening pin of the front bearing wheel’s shaft
- working depth adjustment slot
- the upper ends of the parallel shafts of the coulter carriage
Wheel set: - shaft tube
- cylinder joints
- joints of the intermediate wheels
Ground wheel: -hopper sleeve
Power transmission: - fertilizer axel operating wheel
Lift cylinder joints
