3.4.3 Internal External Rotation Patterns
Rotation Axis: be co-linear with that of the humerus through the olecranon.
Anatomical Zero: Mid way between internal and external rotation
Range of Motion: Different ROMs are normal for the different positioning
Possibilities. Use the pictures as reference.
Isoforce offers different positioning, in 90 degrees adduction, in 90 degrees
flexion, the modified 45 degrees adduction and in standing
position.
Muscles Involved: Teres major, latissimus dorsi, Pectoralis major, Middle, Anterior and posterior deltoid
Internal External Rotation Abd 90°
