7.11 EMC Informations
By larger interference pulses on the main voltage the program can be stopped and the unit reset to the
initial condition. However, in such a case the patient cannot be subjected to any uncontrolled move.
Such interference can be generated by working RF thermotherapy units ( e.g. short-wave or microwave
ones) as well well as RF surgical devices when their distance to the Isoforce is below 3m.
Pacemaker patients shall only be treated with the Isoforce after consulting a competent physician.
