8 CLEANING
Step 12: Clean the Oven Interior
-Spray the bottom and sides of the oven interior with TurboChef Oven Cleaner to
break apart any heavy stains. Allow cleaner to penetrate stains for five minutes.
-Scrub the oven interior with a nylon scrub pad.
-Wipe the oven interior with a clean, damp towel.
WARNING: Be sure to THOROUGHLY remove all cleaner residue.
Step 13: Reinstall the Oven Components
-Reinstall the lower plenum assembly (if upper nozzle plate was cleaned,
-reinstall now).
-Reinstall the lower end panels.
-Reinstall the conveyor and chain.
-Reinstall the upper end panels.
-Reinstall the chain guard, filters, and crumb trays.
Step 14: Clean the Oven Exterior
-Wipe the oven exterior and window with a clean, damp towel.
-The oven is ready to turn on.
