Troubleshooting Tips
Issue Solution
People cannot hear me
1. Make sure the “Background Noise-Limiter” Fader is NOT at the
max setting. This Fader should be in the lower-half when used in
a home environment.
2. Make sure the Console switch on the back of the TAC is set to
the platform you are gaming on.
3. Check that the Mic is not muted on the TAC. The Mic LED
(Bottom left Corner of the TAC) should indicate as follows:
-Red = Muted
-White = Unmuted (Noise Gate Closed)
-Blue = Unmuted (Noise Gate Open)
4. If others can still not hear you, contact our Support Team with
the results of the steps above.
