Engine oil replacement
1. Warm up the engine for few minutes. Repeat
the first two steps of oil level check.
2. Remove the oil drain plug using a 17 mm
spanner. Carefully drain the oil into a
pan/tray. While removing drain plug filter oil
also comes out along with.
3. Clean the filter oil with compressed air and
refit.
4. Reassemble the drain plug.
5. Fill fresh engine oil as specified in this
manual.
6. Repeat the last two steps of oil level check.
Replacement Transmission Oil
Place the vehicle on the center stand conditions
1. Put a container under the transmission oil
drain.
2. Remove the cover bolts the transmission oil
level.
3. Replace the oil drain bolt and its gasket.
4. Put the oil from the oil level hole.
5. Quantity to fill during service is 100 ml and
during overhaul is 120 ml.
