Z-Axis Automated Focusing Mechanism
The automated focusing mechanism ensures optimal engraving precision through a series of
coordinated movements.
Operational Explanation:
The laser module lifter initiates a downward movement.
Upon the probe touching the engraving surface, the Z-axis limit switch activates.
In response, the laser module elevates to the pre-defined lifting height.
Software settings dictate the lifting height, thereby allowing the machine to
autonomously complete the focusing process.
Precision Achieved:
Elevating the laser module by 7mm (configured lifting height of 7mm) establishes a focal
length of 50mm. This carefully controlled focal distance guarantees precise and consistent
engraving results.
