generator will be trigged by the external digital modulation terminal (FSK/CNT connector) on the back panel.
If the polarity is positive and trigger input signal is high level, the waveform generator will output a
continuous wave; if the trigger input signal is low, it need to complete the currently wave period at first and
then stop it, while start phase of the selected wave should keep at the corresponding level. For noise wave,
if gating signal turns to fake, the output will be stop immediately. The polarity can be select by
multifunction rotary knob and arrow keys or press soft key Polarity to complete the setting (as shown in
the following figure).
3) Infinite Mode
Press Infinite to enter infinite mode, burst period (pulse string period) and cycle number options in the
parameter list will be automatically hidden. Infinite pulse string means to set the wave cycle number to
infinitely great. The waveform generator will output a continuous wave when receive a trigger signal. The
trigger source of pulse string can be internal or external in this mode. It can be change by multifunction
rotary knob and arrow keys or press soft key TrigSrc to complete the setting (as shown in the following
figure).
4.3.3 Start Phase of Pulse String
Pulse string phase is phase of the start point for pulse string, it can be set to 0°~ +360°. The default start
phase is 0°. It can be change by multifunction rotary knob and arrow keys or press soft key StartPhase to
