Airlocks
An airlock is an internal air bubble which prevents
normal ow of water and can cause the pump to
overheat and fail. This pump has an anti-airlock
hole in the pump body (Figure 7). If you suspect an
airlock, unplug the pump, clean out the anti-airlock
hole with a piece of wire and restart the pump.
