10.2 Disassembling of the unit
Assembly is performed in the reverse order
of disassembly.
Assembly: Screw the pivot bearing screw
left (66/2) and
right (67/2) with a torque of 100 Nm.
Shoulder Tanner
All units are intended only for use as sunbeds inside
buildings. The unit may be operated only in areas that do
not present an explosion hazard and in dry rooms. The
rooms must be well ventilated with a supply air and
exhaust air system.
Setup and assembly
• Remove the packing straps and the shrink wrapping.
Removal of the bench sheet
Remove the gas springs (left and right) of the bench’s
kinematic system
Ensure first of all that the gas springs and then
the bench hinges are removed! Otherwise there
is a danger that the gas springs will release
uncontrolled!
INSTALLATION OF THE P90
• Use the Allen key to unlock the acrylic locks on the left
(4/4) and right (4/5) on the bench sheet
• Lift up the bench sheet at the front
• Unhook the ropes between the bench sheet and the
acclimatizing sheet
• Detach the gas springs from their top anchors (3/1)
(remove the securing element (3/2))
• Unscrew the bottom ball joint (2/2) from the bench
• Take out the gas springs (2/3)
