5. The text "Verify previous update" is displayed, press y and
ENTER.
6. System checks that all the files are correctly updated. When this
is done you will see the text "Vaisala Embedded Software
Update complete" and "Press any key to continue!" Press any
key and the window will close.
If the update was not successful, the text "Embedded PC update
was incomplete" is displayed. Run the update again. See the
chapter MPU121/MPU112/MPU111 Software Update.
Checking the Software Version of
MPU121/MPU112/MPU111
To check the software version installed on
MPU121/MPU112/MPU111 card, do the following:
1. Switch on the Sounding Workstation and the SPS311 and wait
until the system is ready for operation.
2. Place the Update CD into the CD-ROM drive of the
workstation.
3. Select Start, Run and click the Browse button.
4. Locate the CD-ROM drive and go to folder:
<CD-ROM drive>\MPU121 (for MPU121)
<CD-ROM drive>\MPU112 (for MPU112) or
<CD-ROM drive>\MPU111, (for MPU111).
Click the verinfo.exe and click Open. Click OK.
5. A command line window opens. Write IP address of the unit
you are checking and press ENTER. The default IP address for
the unit is 192.168.0.20.
6. The program checks the version of embedded software. When it
is done, version information of Hardware, Embedded NT Image
and Application is displayed. After that, the text "Press any key
to continue!" is displayed. Press any key and the window will
close.
