THE FIRST RIDE
10.1 Open the VanMoof app to control the
front and rear lights.
10.2 We recommend the Auto setting – your
VanMoof will automatically activate the
lights when it gets dark.
11.1 To power your VanMoof on and o
(when unlocked), press either one of
the handlebar buttons or the power on/
o button.

11.2 To reset your bike, press and hold
the power button (located on the
underside of the top tube next to the
charging port) for two seconds until
you see the reset symbol on the Matrix
Display. You’ll hear your bike resetting.
Press either handlebar button to power
the bike on and use as normal.
Note
Most technical issues can be solved
by a quick reset. If you have a problem
with your bike, press and hold the
power button for two seconds.
