A1 to H12 with 96 well plates.
A1 to P24 with 384 well plates.
A1 to F8 with 48 standard well plates.
NOTE: If the Destination well is used in the mix program, the injection will be performed
from this vial and not from the vial defined in the Acquisition sub-method section.
When the plate feeder option is installed, it enables to select a
Destination plate other than the Sample plate. In this case, the
available choices are Sample, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7.
Check Mix first injection only to perform the mix program only
before the first injection from the vial. When unchecked, the mix
program will be performed before each injection.
Use the following buttons to edit the table:
to add a line to the table.
to delete a line in the table.
to clear the entire table.
The following Actions can be programmed:
Aspirate from Sample, Air, Destination or Reagent A…D a
programmed volume (Amount) into the buffer tubing. The
maximum Amount which can be aspirated is the total volume of
the syringe. The Speed of the syringe aspiration can be
selected from 1 to 9, and the syringe Height from 0 to 40 mm.
Dispense to Sample, Waste, Destination or Reagent A…D a
programmed volume (Amount) from the buffer tubing. It is
possible to dispense a larger volume than the volume aspirated
in previous actions. The aspirated Amount will be
