Select from the lists the Transport vial number that contains
each Reagent fluids (A…D). Five choices are available: None,
Transport 1, Transport 2, Transport 3 and Transport 4.
Enter the number of the Destination well to be used as the vial
for adding or removing measured amounts of sample and/or
reagents… The vial number depends on the type of the tray
previously configured in the Galaxie Configuration Manager:
A1 to H12 with 96 well plates.
A1 to P24 with 384 well plates.
A1 to F8 with 48 standard well plates.
When the plate feeder option is installed, it enables to select a
Destination plate other than the Sample plate. In this case, the
available choices are Sample, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7.
Select from the list if the injection must start at the end of the
injection program (Start run at end of user program) or at the
inject marker time defined in the program table (Start run on
inject marker).
Use the following buttons to edit the table:
to add a line to the table.
to delete a line in the table.
to clear the entire table.
The following Actions can be programmed:
Aspirate from Sample, Air, Destination, Reagent A…D or Wash
a programmed volume (Amount) into the buffer tubing. the
maximum Amount which can be aspirated is the total volume of
the syringe. The Speed of the syringe aspiration can be
selected from 1 to 9, and the syringe Height from 0 to 40 mm.
