HIGH A/L ON ALL NOZZLES
Question
Why is my report is showing large A/L for all Dispensers?
Explanation
The most common cause of High A/L on all Nozzles at the same time is the dispenser events are artificially low.
This can be caused by the DIM not having a 'G' in the DIM setup string. The only DIM that requires this is the
BIR Protocol Dispenser Interface Module P/N 330280-001.
Gross Collect warnings and alarms can result from this condition. See example reports from two sites below.
