Notes:
1. Inquiry and Set commands work for the first 3 ports (Decimal
01-03). The ports can be set to the following values:
Port 1: 0 = None, 1 = XON/XOFF, 2 = Hardware
Port 2 & 3: 0 = None, 1 = XON/XOFF
