2. Press the [#] key and [1] almost simultaneously again. If a password has been set, the
following screen is displayed. Note that this screen does not display the first time you enter
Manager Mode.
3. Enter the password and press [ENTER]. The screen displays the current settings. For

Note that the ENC (encryption type), is viewed in System Mode.
Note that the IP address will show one of the following statuses (which may be truncated
depending on the length of the field):
–Enabled: Indicates that the Ethernet port is enabled.
– Disabled: Indicates that the Ethernet port is disabled.
–Error: Ignore this status. Not detrimental to the software.
The final two digits for the IP address must be in the range of 41 - 72 and must be incremented
for each MX 760 terminal at the site.
The MP IP is the address for the media proxy. The default address is 192.168.31.1.
