10. Balance Enquiry
Press # for the transaction list and select ‘balance enquiry’
Enter supervisor ID and press enter
Enter supervisor PIN and press enter
Pass the POS device to the customer who can either insert or swipe
his or her debit card. You cannot do a balance enquiry on a credit card
If prompted, the customer must enter his or her PIN followed by enter
Once the transaction is approved, the customer can view his or her
balance on the screen
When complete, press enter
The POS device will return to the idle screen
