Card Information Overview
Issuing bank
The responsible bank who issued the card to the
member.

Tap to Pay™ functionality available.
Card association logos
All POS devices accept VISA, MasterCard® and Union
Pay International. American Express, Diners Club, RCS,
Fleet and other card types can only be accepted if the
merchant has signed a separate merchant agreement
with these issuers.
Expiry date
If the card has expired, the transaction will fail.
Card number
The first four digits define the card type.
Magnetic strip
If a chip transaction fails, complete a magnetic strip
transaction.
Signature panel
A signature is required for non-chip transactions; always
ensure the member’s signature on the receipt matches
the member’s signature on the card.
