206 Declined Exceed PIN tries Advise merchant to seek another form of payment. Cardholder should

207 Declined Pick up card. Special
condition
Merchant to remove card from customer and contact the issuing bank. This
should only be done if it is safe to do so.
If not, they need to try and obtain the card # and contact the issuing Bank.
208 Declined Pick-up lost card Merchant to remove card from customer and contact the issuing bank. This
should only be done if it is safe to do so.
If not, they need to try and obtain the card # and contact the issuer.
209 Declined Pick-up stolen card Merchant to remove card from customer and contact the issuing bank. This
only be done if it is safe to do so. If not they need to try and obtain the
card # and contact the issuer. If they believe fraud is taking place merchant
should also contact the police.
