2 Write and send your message.
Add a contact
1From within a conversation, select
> Invite someone.
2 Enter your search word, and select from the proposed matches.
Change your availability
1 Select the down arrow next to your name at the top of the Communicator contacts
list.
2 Select your current availability, for example, Busy to indicate that you are in a
meeting. Your contact colour changes accordingly.
