Returning Pumps for Repair
The following procedure must be followed when pumps are returned to VICI
for repair:
1. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), go to
http://www.vici.com/returns.php. You can navigate there by clicking the
Returns/repairs link under the Service pulldown menu.
2. Return the pump and the completed decontamination report (if requested) to:
