Vicon Extra 232 - Spring Pre-tightening and Lubrication

 Fit the bushing as shown .

Fit washer “A”.
 Turn the recess of the washer outwards.
 Fit circlip “B” .

Lubricate the spindle thoroughly .

Tighten the spring .

Pre-tighten the spring .
• Model 224: 80 mm (3”).
• Model 228: 150 mm (6”).
• Model 232: 120 mm (4

/4”).
